How to Change Between Layers

1 On Your Physical Keyboard

Hold
Space key (left thumb) → Media layer (volume, playback)
Right hand becomes media controls
Hold
Tab key (left thumb) → Navigation layer (arrows, clipboard)
Right hand becomes navigation controls
Hold
Enter key (right thumb) → Mouse layer (mouse movement and clicks)
Right hand becomes mouse controls
Hold
Backspace key (right thumb) → Symbols layer (punctuation)
Left hand becomes symbol controls
Tap
Esc key (left pinky, home row) and F13 (left pinky, bottom row) are dedicated keys
Del key is on the right pinky bottom row
